An interactive architectural visualisation and brokerage platform business headquartered in Indore, India, with approximately 80 employees and clients across multiple international markets including Qatari Diar, DAMAC, Sobha, Palm Hills, Al Ramz, Hiranandani, Raheja, Rustomjee, Tekfen, and Leptos. The company's Turkish subsidiary became one of the largest sellers of international off-plan real estate to foreign investors within two years from a standing start, generating $15 million in annual revenue on a bootstrapped basis. Cubedots is now expanding into BIM (Building Information Modelling) and AI-enabled real estate tools.

Developing institutional-quality student accommodation for India's vast and underserved higher education market. A convergence of deep India experience, real estate expertise, and an understanding of how institutional capital is deployed in real assets.
Indian Sauces
Bringing Michelin-starred, restaurant-quality Indian sauces to home cooks. A partnership with a Michelin-starred chef to create a premium consumer brand that bridges culinary excellence and commercial scale.
Animation & Film Funding
Investing in animation and film projects, drawing on deep experience in the media and visual effects industry and established relationships across the UK and Indian entertainment sectors, including board-level involvement with The Indian Film Company (acquired by Viacom18 / Reliance Industries) and a joint venture with Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies.
Post-Production & Visual Effects
Founded a London-based post-production and visual effects business. Credits included BBC's Sherlock (starring Benedict Cumberbatch) and the visual effects for League of Gods, a major Chinese blockbuster of 2016. The business had a joint venture with Red Chillies, Shah Rukh Khan's VFX and production company.
